Day 1: Haridwar to Joshimath

Day 2: Joshimath to Govindghat and Ghangaria
  • Drive from Joshimath to Govindghat (around 22 km).
  • Start the trek from Govindghat to Ghangaria (approximately 14 km).
  • Ghangaria is the base camp for the Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib.
  • Overnight stay in Ghangaria.
Day 3: Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers
  • Begin the trek to the Valley of Flowers early in the morning.
  • Spend the day exploring the valley and witnessing the colorful blooms.
  • Remember to follow all park regulations for preserving the natural beauty.
  • Return to Ghangaria in the afternoon.
Day 4: Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib
  • Another early start for the trek to Hemkund Sahib, a Sikh pilgrimage site (around 6 km).

  • Return to Ghangaria in the afternoon.
Day 5: Ghangaria to Govindghat and back to Joshimath

Day 6: Joshimath to Rishikesh/Haridwar
  • Drive back from Joshimath to Rishikesh or Haridwar.
